F&F COLLABORATORS

Our collaborators represent much of what makes the Hudson Valley special – a patchwork of soul-packed, creative powerhouses who we are proud to call mentors, friends & neighbors. Not much makes us happier than connecting these dynamic folks to co-create. Together we support our  local economy, strengthening the ability to sustain our region as an agricultural valley.

Hawthorne Valley Farm

Hawthorne Valley Farm is one of the oldest Biodynamic® farms in the country. Our good friends and neighbors. they produce top-notch dairy, mixed livestock, grains and vegetables. As if that wasn’t enough they are also home to an organic bakery, farmstead creamery and produce traditional wild fermented sauerkrauts. HVF is equally committed to education as they are to producing great food. Their K-12 Waldorf school, visiting student program, summer camps and farm apprenticeship are just a few of the great programs they offer.

Hawthorne Valley Farm is part of the Hawthorne Valley Association, a non-profit focused on social renewal through agriculture, education and the arts.

Poor Devil Pepper Company

Laura Webster and Jared Schwartz are the masterminds behind this super cool (well more like super hot - and tasty) line of fermented hot sauces. Focusing on flavor and working with fresh ingredients from local farms they have made a real mark on the Hudson Valley small food business scene since they started getting saucey back in 2014. When they aren’t making awesome sauce you can find them slingin’ tacos as El Sueno around the Hudson Valley.
