CATERING

Sourcing from our farm & other neighboring growers, we’ll work with you to develop the perfect menu for your group. From simple farm-fresh breakfasts to dinner in the field or a family cookout with local meats and seasonal-fixings over the fire, we’ve got you covered.

Field Dinner

Spend the evening at a private farm-to-table feast, set out in our rolling fields. We’ll work with you to curate the perfect local, seasonal menu. Includes three-course meal, wine & local beer and dish clean-up. Additional $55 labor & delivery fee will be added to total cost of Field Dinner.

Fireside Cookout


Arrive to a fire set up and waiting for you to light. Roast local hot dog along with seasonal sides and finish it off with some s’mores. Farmer’s Kitchen Cooking Class

Tour the farm, harvest ingredients from the field and come home to prepare a farm-fresh lunch. Learn about local agriculture during a hands-on cooking lesson. Approx. 4 hours, 2 person minimum. 20% discount available for groups of 8 people or more

Fermentation

Learn the ancient art of fermentation and its health benefits, while chopping and mixing seasonal, fresh ingredients used to prepare lacto-fermented foods like sauerkraut, kimchi and kombucha. When possible, ingredients will be harvested fresh from the fields. Includes materials, recipes, and your creation to take home. Approx. 2 hours, 2 person minimum. 20% discount available for groups of 8 people or more.

Salsa & Cocktail Making

Learn the art of salsa making from recipes procured in Oaxaca, while sipping on a mezcal or tequila cocktail you learned to prepare. When possible, ingredients will be harvested fresh from the fields. The perfect way to kick-off an evening. Includes: cocktail, nibbles, finished salsas, recipes, and goodie-bag of dried chiles to take home. Approx. 1.5 hours, 2 person minimum. 20% discount available for groups of 8 people or more
