Catering

At Farm & Field we believe that food is one of the best ways to experience a place and one another. Sourcing from the wealth of local organic growers, we offer catering for both small groups and larger events. From simple farm fresh breakfasts to dinner in the field, or a pig roast with seasonal fixings or a family cookout with local meats over the fire, we’ll work with you to develop the perfect menu. Fill out the order form, all rates are dependent on what you’d like to do!

Field Dinner
Spend the evening at a private farm-to-table
feast, situated in the fields. We’ll work with
you to curate the perfect local, seasonal menu. Includes three-course meal and local beer
and wine. Fill out the order form and we’ll
begin developing the perfect menu.

$85/adult, $25/child *$55 labor & delivery fee

Fireside Cookout
Arrive to a fire set up for you to light and roast
local hot dogs, eat with seasonal sides, make
some s’mores, plus local beer &/or wine. (includes location, camp fire, hot dogs & sides, s’mores &
fire fly catching kits - for the kids). Fill out the
order form and let the roasting begin.

$50 per adult, $25 per child *$30 labor & delivery fee

Salsa & Cocktail Making

Learn the art of salsa making from recipes procured in Oaxaca, while sipping on a mezcal or tequila cocktail you learned to prepare. When possible, ingredients will be harvested fresh from the fields. The perfect way to kick-off an evening.

1.5 hours; $60 per person (includes cocktail, nibbles – and finished salsas, recipes & a goodie-bag of dried chiles to take home). *2 person minimum; Group rates available.

Farmer’s Kitchen
Cooking Class

Tour the farm, harvest ingredients from the field and come home to prepare a farm fresh lunch. Learn about local agriculture during a hands-on cooking lesson with your harvest.

4 hours; $85 per person; $35 children under 12
*2 person minimum

Stocked Fridge

Rushing up for a weekend getaway and running out of time?  Let us take something off your plate. Arrive to a custom stocked fridge and / or pantry full of delicious local eats. Fill out the order form, all rates are dependent on how you’d like it stocked!

Fermentation

Learn the ancient art of fermentation and its health benefits, while chopping and mixing seasonal, fresh ingredients used to prepare lacto-fermented foods like sauerkraut, kimchi and kombucha. When possible, ingredients will be harvested fresh from the fields.

2 hours; $65 per person (includes materials and your creation to take home)

Canning & Preserving

Stock your shelves with the bounty of the season by learning how to make and store jams, pickles or sauces. Ingredients vary depending on the season and are sourced locally & from our farm when possible.

2 hours; $65 per person (includes materials, snacks & your creation to take home). *2 person minimum

The Whole Chicken

An experience for the enlightened carnivore. Learn about raising pastured chickens and experience slaughtering, processing and preparing a whole bird. 

3 hours; $75 per person (includes finished bird to take home)

Our in-house, commissary is stocked with all sorts of local goods for your indulgence.
